# I'm not receiving Push Notifications from Kanchenq.

If you are missing updates about your services or messages from support:

* **iOS:** Go to your iPhone Settings > Kanchenq > Notifications, and ensure "Allow Notifications" is toggled ON.
* **Android:** Go to Settings > Apps > Kanchenq > Notifications, and allow alerts.
* Check that your phone is not in "Do Not Disturb" or "Low Power" mode, which can suppress alerts.
