I clicked the Magic Link, but it opened a "Page Not Found" (404) error.

This usually happens if you open the Magic Link on a desktop computer instead of the phone where the app is installed. Magic Links are "deep links" designed to automatically open the Kanchenq mobile app. Please open the email directly on your smartphone and tap the link there.
