The app is freezing or loading very slowly.

This is usually caused by a poor network connection or a corrupted app cache. Try closing the app entirely (swiping it away from your recent apps list) and reopening it. If the issue persists, uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store/Google Play will clear the cache and resolve most visual glitches.
