I'm not receiving Push Notifications from Kanchenq.

If you are missing updates about your services or messages from support:

• iOS: Go to your iPhone Settings > Kanchenq > Notifications, and ensure "Allow Notifications" is toggled ON.
• Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Kanchenq > Notifications, and allow alerts.
• Check that your phone is not in "Do Not Disturb" or "Low Power" mode, which can suppress alerts.
